This agreement between Penn State Abington and Bucks County Community College establishes a transfer pathway for students who complete the Honors@Bucks Program and an associate degree at Bucks to gain guaranteed admission to the Penn State Abington Honors Program, provided they meet specified academic and conduct requirements. The agreement is designed to support a seamless transition for high-achieving students by recognizing the rigor of the Honors@Bucks curriculum while maintaining Penn State Abington’s existing transfer credit and degree requirements. Eligible students may also receive a transfer application fee waiver.
